If you already have a LAPL library card, there are two ways for you to access content: via a browser or the mobile application. NOTE: Both library organizations have separate portals into, and will require your Library Card Number and PIN (the last 4 digits of the phone number you specified on your library card application) in order to authenticate. There are two ways for residents of Los Angeles to get free access to : through the Los Angeles Public Library (LAPL) or the Los Angeles County Library (COLA).
